This very comfortable and convenient villa benefits from an exceptional view and location, ten minutes on foot from the picturesque medieval village of Grimaud. Everything here contributes to giving you a sense of space: the unobstructed view, the large aery rooms, and the focus on the outdoors. The interior design and impeccable facilities fully measure up to the beauty of the place.
A 10x5 m swimming pool has pride of place in the middle of this totally private green landscape, with its 5,000 sq. m of carefully tended gardens. The living area on the terrace is one of the many spots on the property where you can rest and relax. There are four bedrooms in the villa itself and two in an adjacent annex, all of them air-conditioned.
It’s hard to leave a haven of peace like this, even if Saint-Tropez, Cogolin and the Pampelonne beaches are only a few minutes down the road!

There’s a parking lot for up to 5 cars on the property.
Household linen, kitchen and bath towels are provided. The beds will be freshly made up just before you arrive. A weekly cleaning service is included, as is a complete house cleaning upon departure. You’ll also have some surprises in store to welcome you: you’ll find toiletries in the bathrooms and a little gourmet gift basket in the kitchen. Other services are also available on demand when you reserve.
Grimaud has two sides to it: inland, the picturesque hillside village, topped by the ruins of its medieval chateau and, a few kilometers further down, Port-Grimaud, the lacustrian city on the Var region’s shoreline.
The villa is located close to Grimaud, an old and typically Provencal village with its little flower-bedecked streets, small squares and arcades. It’s only a ten-minute walk away so you’ll be able go there and pick up your freshly baked bread and croissants in the morning. As for beaches, the closest are those at Cogolin, a 10 minute drive away. Saint-Tropez and Ramatuelle are about 10 km away. A perfect location, quiet and peaceful, for setting out to discover the Bay of Saint-Tropez and the Var’s fabulous coast.
