Charming modern house with all mod cons over two levels. Located in Cogolin, at the heart of the Saint Tropez gulf. Double beds, sleeps up to 10.
Whether you love water sports or just the Midi region, this lovely, well-equipped house is the perfect balance between land and sea. It is in the village of Cogolin, in the heart of the Saint Tropez gulf. The house is 285m2.
It has an enormous terrace with a pool and outdoor dining area.
The spacious kitchen leads out the garden, as does an indoor dining room. It also has one living room, on the ground floor.
The five bedrooms have double beds and are all ensuite except one. There is a separate WC.
Linens, sheets, and towels are provided. The beds will be freshly made on arrival. Weekly housekeeping is included with the rental, along with cleaning on departure. You will find toiletries in the bathrooms and a gourmet food basket in the kitchen.
Area
You can find everything you need in Cogolin - there is a pharmacy, newsagent, large supermarkets, town hall, cinema, church, and museums.
The house is a few kilometres from the shore, which has a water sports activity centre open all year round on Cogolin beach.
If you would like to discover the Saint Tropez gulf, there are shuttle buses at the port.
NB: Our usual length of stay is 5 nights. However, we accept requests for 2 or 3 nights, depending on certain tariff conditions. For any request for less than 5 nights, we reserve the right to review the tariff conditions
