Few properties in the Cote d’Azur have as much charm and character as this 14th century house that has been marvellously revamped and renovated by the architect Francois Viellecroze.
Once inside the entrance, you are in a calm, luxurious, and beautiful space. The landscaped garden is a screen of greenery where palm and olive trees mix with hundred-year-old trees. The heated infinity pool with slate surfacing acts like a mirror of water where light is reflected all night long, adding to the place’s magic.
Several external living rooms create spaces to relax together in the shade, while the five bedrooms, either in the main building or one of the annexes, guarantee comfort and privacy to each guest. The elegance of the ultra-modern decoration and the quality furnishings are part of what make this house a refined haven of peace for an unforgettable in the legendary Saint Tropez.
The main building, flanked by a turret, is arranged over three levels:
Ground floor:
• living room with a chimney and TV, leading out to a shaded terrace
• attached dining room leading out to a water wall
• professional kitchen leading out to a garden and a covered outdoor dining room with a barbeque
• basement laundry and wine cellar
floor:
• master bedroom, with ensuite bathroom, dressing room, and separate WC
• study
Second floor:
• ensuite double bedroom with a view over all of Saint Tropez, dressing room, shower room, and separate WC
Annexes:
• double bedroom near the pool house, leading out to the garden, with a shower room and separate WC
• two double bedrooms at the end of the garden, with direct access to the garden, each with a shower room and separate WC
Exterior:
• heated 10x5m infinity pool
• pool house with a well-equipped open bar (fridge, sink, ice machine)
• summer living room with large bench seats.
All rooms have air-conditioning and Wi-Fi, and a sound system allowing different music in each room.
Linens, sheets, and towels are provided. The beds will be freshly made on arrival. Weekly housekeeping is included with the rental, along with cleaning on departure. You will find toiletries in the bathrooms and a gourmet food basket in the kitchen. Optional services are available upon request at reservation (daily housekeeping, chef, etc…)
NB: Our usual length of stay is 5 nights. However, we accept requests for 2 or 3 nights, depending on certain tariff conditions. For any request for less than 5 nights, we reserve the right to review the tariff conditions
