NICE SECRET STUDIO is a beautiful studio recently renovated, with a mezzanine. It has an ideal central location. You will be at the entrance of Old Nice and in front of the Coulée Verte (garden in the middle of the city). The Promenade des Anglais and its beaches is also a 5-minute walk away.

The apartment has a modern and sleek decoration. The sandy and brown shades and the wooden elements give a cozy and warm atmosphere.

You will be seduced by the layout of the apartment that gives space. Fully equipped, you benefit from all the necessary comfort for a perfect stay.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor and is accessible by elevator. It has a free Wi-Fi connection and is fully air-conditioned.

NICE SECRET STUDIO is ideally located in the heart of Nice city center. All the must-see places in the city are less than 5 minutes walk from the apartment:
- The Promenade des Anglais and its beaches
- The pedestrian zone and its restaurants.
- The avenue of shopping: Jean Médecin
- The "Coulée Verte" (garden in the middle of the city)
- Old Nice and its local specialties (spices, soaps, perfumes, confectionery ...)
You will also be near a tram stop that will allow you to visit the entire city easily.


The city offers many Vélos Bleus(Blue Bike) points, allowing you to easily drive into the city center.

The train station is a few minutes walk.

Nice airport is only 15min drive away.

Living-room with a very soft sofa, a dining table and two chairs and a flat screen TV.


MEZZANINE:
Accessible from the living room, it offers a QUEEN SIZE futon bed. The ceiling height is 1.20 meters.


KITCHEN:
The kitchen is open-plan. It is equipped with an induction hob, fridge, washing machine, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine.


BATHROOM :
Equipped with an Italian shower, sink, toilet, towel dryer and hairdryer.



The Conciergerie « boutique » located in Nice’s city center at 43 rue de France will be present to assist you throughout your whole stay.
