The Cours Mirabeau main road is within a kilometre yet you will feel like you are staying in the countryside! Located in a residential neighbourhood south of the historic centre, near Jourdan park, this smart 200m2 house is a calm and green haven in the heart of town. Protected by the large trees in the 3000m2 garden, the 4x7m pool has a counter-current system. There is a pergola where you can have lunch in the shade by the pool.
The house has the charm of a family home with decor that mixes modern and vintage pieces. The kitchen is very modern and well-equipped.

Linens, sheets, and towels are provided. The beds will be freshly made on arrival. Weekly housekeeping is included with the rental, along with cleaning on departure. You will find toiletries in the bathrooms and a gourmet food basket in the kitchen. Optional services are available upon request at reservation.
The villa is 15 minutes on foot (1km) from the very centre of Aix-en-Provence.
Aix-en-Provence needs no introduction - a surprising and magnificent town, and a veritable invitation to travel through time. All you need is to walk down the lanes to discover the architectural heritage and fantastic culture, with the pretty squares, fountains, historical monuments, and museums. Aix is also a university and a spa town, vibrant and shimmering, which attracts the young and the less young with its terraces and restaurants, the many businesses and shops, and the Provencal market on Saturday mornings (not to be missed!).
