The apartment, located in an upscale and secure residence, has been recently and completely renovated. Ideally located in the hyper center of Deauville, close to all the shops, the casino and the beach, everything is within walking distance.
The beach of Deauville and its famous boards are at the end of the street, two minutes on foot. The racecourse is at the other end of the street.
This large and bright apartment opens onto a living space in the entrance hall with guest toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped.
The living room has a large sofa with a large TV screen and a dining table for six people but can accommodate up to eight.
