The apartment, located in an upscale and secure residence, has been recently renovated. Ideally located in the center of Deauville, close to all shops, the casino and the beach, everything is within walking distance.
The beach of Deauville and its famous boards are at the end of the street, at two minutes on foot. The racecourse is a few minutes away at the other end of the street.
