Located in the heart of Deauville's famous marinas and completely renovated, this superb apartment will seduce you with its terrace overlooking the Deauville marina, as well as its contemporary decor. The location is idyllic for those who wish to enjoy the charm of Deauville while being in a quiet environment (2 minutes' walk from the beach, 5 minutes from the city center and the casino).
Arranged as a triplex (3 levels) and with a maximum capacity of 6 people, the apartment is composed as follows:
- On the lower level:
A beautiful living room equipped with a Smart TV, opening onto a beautiful terrace with garden furniture. The terrace offers a magnificent view of the marina and the casino;
A fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, etc.) opening onto a dining area that can accommodate 4 guests.
At the level:
- A bedroom with a Queen Size bed (160 x 200 cm) overlooking the interior courtyard of the Marina;
- A high-quality 140x200cm wall bed (see photo illustration)
- A walk-in shower room.
On the second level:
- An attic bedroom equipped with a queen-size bed (160x200cm), as well as a bathroom. Please note that access is via a slightly steep staircase.
For parking, we can provide you with a badge allowing access to a shared parking lot. Please note that spaces are not assigned to individuals; we cannot systematically guarantee availability.
At your disposal: Bed and bath linen, free WiFi, iron and ironing board, washing machine, dishwasher, etc. Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.
A baby bed (linen not provided) and a small folding bathtub can also be made available for your stay (on request).
LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: In order to respect the neighborhood, noise must be limited between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. No festive events will be tolerated within the accommodation. In the event of non-compliance with the internal regulations, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the rental agreement and activate the bank guarantee in the event of excesses or damage. We thank you for your understanding.
By staying with us, you will have access to all the different parts of the accommodation.

Our apartment is located in the heart of Deauville's marinas. It's just 5 minutes from the beach, shops, and Place Morny, and a 10-minute walk from the train station and casino.
Your host will be at your disposal during your stay so that you can have a wonderful time in our beautiful Normandy.
Arrival: Physical check-in will take place between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. Please let us know your arrival time as early as possible to best organize your key collection.
Departure: Between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m.
We do our best to provide you with a warm welcome. Please be as specific as possible about your arrival times and notify your host if you plan to be late. Any arrival after 8:30 p.m. will be charged €20, payable through the rental platform, in cash upon arrival, or debited from your security deposit.
If you arrive after 10:30 p.m., we will no longer be able to accommodate you, and your overnight stay will not be refunded. Please note that we will always do our best to find a solution; please let us know as soon as possible in case of unforeseen circumstances.
You may be asked to provide valid identification upon check-in. A property inventory and photo inventory of the property will be taken prior to your arrival.
If additional guests other than those indicated in your reservation stay in the accommodation, a supplement of €100/person per night will be deducted from your deposit.
