My Stay in Normandy is pleased to present "The Cozy Chic".

Ideally located in the heart of Trouville, 100m from the beach, in the famous Bonsecours district!
This is the perfect place for those who wish to enjoy the charm of Trouville while being in a quiet location (5 min walk from the casino).
Our apartment is located on the 3rd floor (no elevator), it can accommodate up to 2 people and consists of:
- A living/dining room equipped with a sofa, a large dining table, a Smart TV for your relaxing evenings, games and books are also available;
- A fully equipped open kitchen: oven, Nespresso machine, hob, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, washing machine and everything you need to cook (even in rainy weather!);
- A bedroom with bedding: a double bed (140x200cm). We prepare your bed, linen provided;
- A shower room, with hairdryer, towels and bath sheets provided.
✅ Included in the rental: Bed linen and towels, free WiFi, iron and ironing board, washing machine, etc…
⚠️ Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.
The accommodation does not include a private parking space (street parking or paid private parking).
⚠️ LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: To respect the neighbors, noise must be kept to a minimum between 10 PM and 7 AM. No parties or celebrations will be permitted in the apartment. Failure to comply with these house rules may result in immediate termination of the lease and forfeiture of the security deposit in the event of disturbances or damage. Thank you for your understanding.

Right in the heart of Trouville, within easy walking distance of the shops and restaurants on Rue des Bains. A two-minute walk to the beach and a ten-minute walk to the train station. A lively, vibrant, and very pleasant neighborhood. Ideal for exploring Trouville and Deauville on foot with friends or family!
Possible activities: beach, golf, casino, close to Deauville, port, fish markets, seaside spa, Deauville racecourse, Honfleur 20 minutes by car.
Trouville-sur-Mer train station is a 15-minute walk away - car parking is available on the street (for a fee).
The welcome is 100% personalized and we remain available for any special request.

- Check-in: between 4pm and 8pm
- Check-out: between 8am and 11am
⏳ Need flexibility?
- Late check-in possible until 10pm (subject to availability / €20 supplement). After 10:30pm: €50.
- Late check-out possible on request (subject to availability / supplement of €20).
⚠️ In case of unforeseen circumstances
Arrival after 10pm is impossible, unless a solution is agreed upon in advance.
🚫 Please respect the peace and quiet of the area:
- Noise must be limited between 10pm and 7am.
- No festive events will be tolerated.
- Strictly non-smoking accommodation.
- Our animal friends are not allowed.
- In case of non-compliance with the internal regulations, we reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement and retain all or part of the deposit.

- An identity document will be required upon arrival.
- Breakfast is not included.
- Undeclared travelers will be charged €100/night/person, deducted from the deposit.
