In the heart of the city, a few steps away from the heart of Deauville, from the Place Morny, from the port of Deauville, from its beach and its famous boards.
The contemporary and high tech decoration, sublimates the exposed works.

The original atmosphere of this villa in two parts, surrounding a pleasant patio without vis-à-vis will seduce art lovers and aficionados of the concept of boutique hotel.
The patio has a Jacuzzi and a pleasant table for outdoor dining.

The whole of about 150m2 offers a comfortable living room with an open and bright kitchen overlooking the patio.
The part of the house is composed of two bedrooms with private shower room. The kitchen, the living room and the gym are also located in the part of the house.

The second part has two double bedrooms and, on the floor between them, a large bathroom with shower.
In both parts of the house you will find a landing with an office / library.

In the basement there is a relaxation area / gym with a large sauna, fitness equipment, rowing machine, training bike and a laundry room.

The pleasant patio with its jacuzzi, welcomes breakfasts and dinners interspersed with quiet naps.
Each room has its own TV, Sonos sound system and air conditioning throughout the house.
