The whole of about 150m2 offers a comfortable living room with an open and bright kitchen overlooking the patio.
The part of the house is composed of two bedrooms with private shower room. The kitchen, the living room and the gym are also located in the part of the house.
The second part has two double bedrooms and, on the floor between them, a large bathroom with shower.
In both parts of the house you will find a landing with an office / library.
In the basement there is a relaxation area / gym with a large sauna, fitness equipment, rowing machine, training bike and a laundry room.
The pleasant patio with its jacuzzi, welcomes breakfasts and dinners interspersed with quiet naps.
