The Villa consists of an entrance hall opening onto the living room. The dining room has a table with eight chairs. Adhering to this dining room, an appreciable open kitchen and its modern architecture will allow you to have breakfast on a second table with six chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped.
Opposite the house on the ground floor, a spacious bedroom with double bed and dressing room. Like a suite, this room has a bathroom with a double whirlpool bath and a large shower.
On the floor of the house, you will find two bedrooms with double beds, one of which has a private terrace. Opposite these two bedrooms, there is a shower room common to both. At the end of the corridor, a last master suite with a double bed and a private bathroom will be revealed to you.
A large garden with deckchairs and sunbathing area is accessible from the ground floor of the house. A large dining table with 12 seats will allow you to have lunch in this green place. Opposite this garden, a pedestrian gate allows you to access the private parking of the Villa.
The house is decorated with numerous works of art and its modern interior will take you on a journey through the owner's world.
