A few minutes drive from Deauville, in the commune of St-Etienne-La-Thillaye, superb family house of more than 270m2.

This property, built on a 4000m2 land, has all the assets for a successful stay.
Large heated swimming pool, secured by roller shutter and security barriers, a nice petanque ground, a garden shed with all the necessary and the whole bordered by a nice stream.

The pool is open from 1 Juin to 31 August, with a winter period (not usable) from 1 October to 31 March.

The decoration, contemporary and high tech, comes sublimated the exposed works.

The original atmosphere of this villa will seduce art lovers and aficionados of relaxing and exotic stays without giving up the pleasure and utility of the city.
