Close to Deauville, two steps from the beach of Tourgéville, the Franciscaines and a shopping center everything can be done on foot.
The warm decoration of this family property will enhance your stay on the Côte Fleurie.
The traditional atmosphere of this villa offers calm, security and a real change of scenery. The large garden has a large Jacuzzi, a Ping-Pong table, as well as a large terrace with sunbathing area and a nice table for outdoor meals.
The whole house of about 200m2 offers a comfortable living room with a spacious and bright kitchen overlooking the terrace.
The floor of the house is composed of a large living room with a functional fireplace and a large dining table, a bedroom with private bathroom, a guest toilet and the kitchen with a laundry area at the back.
On the floor you will find the four other bedrooms each with their own private bathroom, a toilet, the master bedroom has its own toilet.
One of the bedrooms on the floor has an office that can be used as a work space.
The large garden with its jacuzzi, welcomes breakfasts and dinners interspersed with naps in the calm.
Three rooms have a TV, another large TV is in the living room.
The Jacuzzi is available and open from ( 1st June to 31th August )
