A 160m2 loft with four bedrooms and swimming pool. Located 5 minutes walk from the train station, 6 minutes from the shops and 9 minutes from the beach.

You will cultivate your freedom in all the rooms of this superb house. The whole of approximately 160 m2 will allow you to rest and stay in a place full of history.
