Completely renovated and equipped with luxury furniture, we offer you a stay in a bright house, ideally located and quiet despite its location near the famous pedestrian street "la rue des bains". You will immediately be seduced by the sobriety of its decoration, its geographical location and its proximity to shops (at the foot of the accommodation), the beach (150m), the casino (200m), the fish market (100m) and 15 minutes walk from the Deauville-Trouville SNCF train station.
We have tried to do our utmost to make our home a true place of relaxation and sharing, allowing you to recharge your batteries, enjoy life in Trouville and discover our beautiful region.
Arranged on three levels (without elevator), our house is arranged as follows:
Ground floor level:
- a bedroom equipped with new Queen Size bedding 160x200cm with closet and desk for those who like to work from home;
- a bedroom equipped with a 140x200cm double bed and a chest of drawers.
- a walk-in shower room;
- Separate WC.
Level R+1:
- A fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, American fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher and all the equipment necessary to cook delicious meals with family or friends) semi-open to a living/dining room area equipped with a smart TV (Netflix included), a table that can seat 8 people and a small fireplace to spend beautiful winter nights by the fire.
- Separate WC.
Level R+2:
- 1 master bedroom equipped with a Queen size bed 160x200cm, a large dressing room and a desk;
- 1 children's bedroom equipped with a 90x200cm bunk bed;
- 1 bathroom equipped with a bathtub and a toilet.
At your disposal: Bed and bath linen, UHD WiFi.
Please note that breakfast is not included in the rental and that the accommodation does not have private parking spaces.
LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: In order to respect the neighborhood, noise on the terraces must be limited between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. No festive events will be tolerated within the accommodation. In the event of non-compliance with the internal regulations, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the rental agreement and activate the bank guarantee in the event of excesses or damage. We thank you for your understanding.
By staying with us, you will have access to all the different parts of the accommodation.

The accommodation is ideally located in the famous Bon Secours district, in the heart of Trouville-sur-Mer and just a few minutes' walk from the Casino, the Cures Marines and the resort's best restaurants.
Your host will be at your disposal during your stay so that you can have a wonderful time in our beautiful Normandy.
Arrival: Physical check-in will take place between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. Please let us know your arrival time as early as possible to best organize your key collection.
Departure: Between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m.
We do our best to provide you with a warm welcome. Please be as specific as possible about your arrival times and notify your host if you plan to be late. Any arrival after 8:30 p.m. will be charged €20, payable through the rental platform, in cash upon arrival, or debited from your security deposit.
If you arrive after 10:30 p.m., we will no longer be able to accommodate you, and your overnight stay will not be refunded. Please note that we will always do our best to find a solution; please let us know as soon as possible in case of unforeseen circumstances.
You may be asked to provide valid identification upon check-in. A property inventory and photo inventory of the property will be taken prior to your arrival.
If additional guests other than those indicated in your reservation stay in the accommodation, a supplement of €150/person per night will be deducted from your deposit.
