Not overlooked and on one level (ground floor), this superb contemporary apartment has 2 balconies and a small garden with sea view.
With a maximum capacity of 4 people, the apartment is composed as follows:
- A large room with a living/dining area and an open-plan fitted kitchen. This room has a chaise longue, a 3-seater sofa, a Smart TV and a balcony from which you can admire magnificent sunsets.
- Night side, you will find: A beautiful bedroom with a double bed (140x200cm), balcony offering access to a small garden with sea view, as well as an adjoining Italian-style shower room. A second bedroom completes the apartment, it is equipped with a double bed 140x200cm and a dressing room. Separate WC.
The location is idyllic for those who wish to enjoy Deauville-Trouville while being in a peaceful setting (5 minutes by car from the casino and the town centre, 30 minutes on foot).
At your disposal: Bed and bath linen, free WiFi, iron and ironing board, washing machine, dishwasher, etc. Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.
On request, a private outdoor parking space can be made available to you for the duration of your stay.
LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: In order to respect the neighborhood, noise must be limited between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. No festive events will be tolerated within the accommodation. In the event of non-compliance with the internal regulations, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the rental agreement and activate the bank guarantee in the event of excesses or damage. The apartment is located in a secure residence on the heights of Mont Canisy. You can easily explore the famous batteries of the Mont, used during World War II, on foot, offering breathtaking views of the Côte Fleurie.
Your host will be at your disposal during your stay so that you can have a wonderful time in our beautiful Normandy.
Arrival: Physical check-in will take place between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. Please let us know your arrival time as early as possible to best organize your key collection.
Departure: Between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m.
We do our best to provide you with a warm welcome. Please be as specific as possible about your arrival times and notify your host if you plan to be late. Any arrival after 8:30 p.m. will be charged €20, payable through the rental platform, in cash upon arrival, or debited from your security deposit.
If you arrive after 10:30 p.m., we will no longer be able to accommodate you, and your overnight stay will not be refunded. Please note that we will always do our best to find a solution; please let us know as soon as possible in case of unforeseen circumstances.
You may be asked to provide valid identification upon check-in. A property inventory and photo inventory of the property will be taken prior to your arrival.
If additional guests other than those indicated in your reservation stay in the accommodation, a supplement of €100/person per night will be deducted from your deposit.
