Located on the floor of a building with an elevator, this bright 39 m² apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 3 guests. Its terrace allows you to enjoy sunny days while overlooking the boats in the harbor.
This accommodation comprises:
- A comfortable living room with a sofa bed equipped with an IKEA pull-out bed (120 x 190 cm, without a built-in mattress),
- A convivial dining area,
- A fully equipped kitchen (coffee maker, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, stovetop, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer),
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm),
- A child's mattress (160 x 70 cm) with a duvet is available to offer greater sleeping flexibility. Bed linen for this child's bed is not provided and must be brought by the tenants.
- A bathroom with bathtub and toilet,
- A pleasant terrace equipped with a table and chairs,
- Vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hairdryer,
- A booster seat that can be used as a high chair is available,
- While awaiting fiber optic connection, internet is provided via a 5G box,
