Located on the ground floor of a three-story residence, the accommodation includes:
- two bedrooms with two single beds and one double bed;
- a bathroom;
- a fully equipped kitchen;
- a cozy lounge area to relax after a day of walking;
- a garden and a terrace.
This accommodation is not a sublet.
You will have everything you need for a great stay, including: hairdryer, washing machine, terrace, coffee machine (pods), refrigerator, garden, microwave, etc.
Sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
One of the highlights of the apartment is its location. It is located:
- Fifteen minutes walk from the beach, in a quiet and pleasant residence.
- The beach is beautiful in any weather imaginable and at all tides.
- Within a ten to fifteen minute walk, you can enjoy its charms.
For your daily needs, you will find a "Carrefour City" supermarket a fifteen-minute walk away.
In the town center, you'll also find a supermarket, bakeries, lovely boutiques, a few bars, and excellent restaurants. A mini-golf course and a lovely beach hut complete your aperitif experience.
It's possible to play tennis, rent bikes, and go horseback riding (equestrian center). Cabourg is pleasant, as is Port Guillaume in Dives. The Paleontology Museum in Villers-sur-Mer is well worth a short trip (if the weather is less nice, but that never happens in Normandy! :)
