Located on the border between Deauville and Tourgéville, in a luxury residence, this superb chic and elegant apartment will offer you all the comfort you need to recharge your batteries, while enjoying the sea and the beach which are located 30m from the apartment!
With a maximum capacity of 4 people, the apartment is composed as follows:
- A large, very bright living room with a kitchen opening onto a lounge/dining room area offering a magnificent view of Deauville with a small glimpse of the sea.
- On the night side, you will find two beautiful bedrooms equipped respectively with a Queen Size bed (160x200cm) and a double bed 140x200cm.
- A luxury bathroom with a walk-in shower.
- Separate WC.
The location is idyllic for those who wish to enjoy the charm of Deauville while being in a peaceful setting (3 min walk from the town centre and the casino).
PLEASE NOTE: Facade renovation between December 2024 and April 2025, risk of noise pollution from Monday to Friday.
For movie lovers, we offer free access to: Netflix, Canal +, Disney + and Amazon Prime.
Also available to you: Bed and bath linen, free WiFi, washing machine, dishwasher, etc. Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.
PS for tennis lovers, remember to bring your rackets and balls, on request and reservation with the caretaker of the residence, you can enjoy 2 tennis courts facing the sea.
On request, we can also offer you a private parking space as well as childcare equipment (high chair, child toilet seat, travel cot).
LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: In order to respect the neighborhood, noise must be limited between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. No festive events will be tolerated within the accommodation. In the event of non-compliance with the internal regulations, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the rental agreement and activate the bank guarantee in the event of excesses or damage. We thank you for your understanding.
By staying with us, you will have access to all the different parts of the accommodation.

Our apartment is located on the border between Deauville and Tourgéville, at the foot of Boulevard de la Mer, in a secure, luxury residence. It is a 15-minute walk from the Deauville-Trouville train station.
Your host will be at your disposal during your stay so that you can have a wonderful time in our beautiful Normandy.
Arrival: Physical check-in will take place between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. Please let us know your arrival time as early as possible to best organize your key collection.
Departure: Between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m.
We do our best to provide you with a warm welcome. Please be as specific as possible about your arrival times and notify your host if you plan to be late. Any arrival after 8:30 p.m. will be charged €20, payable through the rental platform, in cash upon arrival, or debited from your security deposit.
If you arrive after 10:30 p.m., we will no longer be able to accommodate you, and your overnight stay will not be refunded. Please note that we will always do our best to find a solution; please let us know as soon as possible in case of unforeseen circumstances.
You may be asked to provide valid identification upon check-in. A property inventory and photo inventory of the property will be taken prior to your arrival.
If additional guests other than those indicated in your reservation stay in the accommodation, a supplement of €100/person per night will be deducted from your deposit.
