Located on the border between Deauville and Tourgéville, in a luxury residence, this superb chic and elegant apartment will offer you all the comfort you need to recharge your batteries, while enjoying the sea and the beach which are located 30m from the apartment!
With a maximum capacity of 5 people, the apartment is composed as follows:
🔸A spacious living room with a sitting and dining area, equipped with a sofa and a TV and offering direct access to a sunny balcony with unobstructed views of the countryside and Mont Canisy.
🔸A modern and fully equipped open kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, etc.);
🔸A master bedroom with a Queen Size bed 160x200cm and built-in storage;
🔸A children's bedroom with 3 single bunk beds 90x200cm;
🔸Two modern independent bathrooms, with shower, sink, illuminated mirror and WC;
The location is ideal for families who wish to enjoy the charm of Deauville while being in a peaceful setting (5 min walk from the town centre and the casino).
Also available to you: Bed and bath linen, free WiFi, washing machine, dishwasher, etc. Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.
On request, we can offer you a private parking space.
PS for tennis lovers, remember to bring your rackets and balls, on request and reservation with the caretaker of the residence, you can enjoy 2 tennis courts facing the sea.
LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: In order to respect the neighborhood, noise must be limited between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. No festive events will be tolerated within the accommodation. In the event of non-compliance with the internal regulations, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the rental agreement and activate the bank guarantee in the event of excesses or damage. We thank you for your understanding.

A parking space can be made available upon request.

Our apartment is located on the border between Deauville and Tourgéville, at the foot of Boulevard de la Mer, in a secure, luxury residence. It is a 15-minute walk from the Deauville-Trouville train station.
The welcome is 100% personalized and we remain available for any special requests.
📅 Arrival and departure times:
- Standard check-in: between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m.
- Standard check-out: between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m.
⏳ Need flexibility?
- Late check-in is possible until 10 p.m. (€20 supplement). After 10:30 p.m.: €50.
- Late check-out possible on request (subject to availability).

- Arrival after 10 p.m. not possible, unless a solution is agreed upon together.
