A fisherman's house, typical of Trouville, with a small outdoor courtyard, located less than 2 minutes from the Quays, in the city center, close to all shops and the beach.
The location is ideal, the fish market, the famous rue des Bains and its small shops, the casino, the restaurants are very close,
The house is bright and harmoniously decorated, it has 4 levels - 3 floors:
In the basement :
- a shower room including a washing machine and a dryer
- Separate toilets
- a playroom for children
- an outdoor court for coffee and an aperitif in the sun
On the ground floor :
- an entrance to undress
- a living / dining room. The dining room table can accommodate up to 10 people using the chairs in the kitchen. The living room has a television and a Marshal speaker.
- a fully equipped kitchen (Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, oven, microwave, dishwasher).
On the 1st floor:
- a large bedroom with a 160cm queen-size bed and equipped with a large closet and a clothes rack
- a small bedroom with a 140cm double bed with shelves and clothes rack
- a large bathroom with a bathtub, a shower and WC
On the 2nd floor:
- a master bedroom with a 160cm queen size bed, a wardrobe, a clothes rack and an armchair. The bedroom has its private shower room and WC on the landing
On the 3rd floor:
- a bedroom with double bed and storage shelves
- a large bedroom with a 160cm queen size bed, a chest of drawers and a clothes rack
- a water source

The area is very quiet and is just above the quays and all its shops: Bar; restaurant; Fish auction; bakery; tobacco etc
Everything is done on foot!
10 minutes walk from Trouville / Deauville train station.
The house is located in a quiet street, the latter cannot accommodate parties/celebrations in order to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood.
The house is non-smoking but has a private outdoor courtyard for this purpose.
IMPORTANT RULES:
- The house has fireplaces, PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM
- Don't forget to close the basement door overlooking the courtyard when you leave the
- Do not open the basement living room window at the risk of breaking the shutters
- Please take off your shoes to go upstairs, an entrance is provided for this purpose to remove shoes and coats
- Please do not put sunscreen or suntan oil inside the house
- Do not clean the fronts of kitchen furniture with abrasive sponges but only with microfibers provided for this purpose if necessary during your stay
