Our apartment is located in a fisherman's house, in the heart of Trouville-sur-Mer (more precisely between the beach and the casino), in the immediate vicinity of the best shops and restaurants in town and less than a 2-minute walk from the sea.
Located 50 meters from Trouville's famous casino and seawater spa, this superb, cozy apartment boasts an exceptional location, allowing you to enjoy the town's attractions while remaining in a peaceful setting. The apartment is situated in a small, typical Trouville building on the 3rd floor (no elevator).
With a maximum capacity of 4 people, the apartment (arranged as a duplex) is composed as follows:
- A living room with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and a small lounge area for 4 people (refrigerator, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, coffee machine (Nespresso), storage, kitchen utensils, …).
- On the bedroom side, you will find a cozy master suite with quality bedding (140x200cm) and an adjoining shower room. Separate WC;
- Upstairs, under the roof, 2 small single beds and a desk allowing those wishing to enjoy the Normandy air to come and work remotely (fiber).
Completely optimized and tastefully renovated, this charming little pied-à-terre offers all the comforts you need for a wonderful stay in Normandy. Everything has been designed to make you feel right at home! Please note that the accommodation is located on the 3rd floor without an elevator (typical of Trouville fishermen's houses).
Please note that the accommodation does not have shutters or blackout systems.
The following are provided: Bed linen and towels, free WiFi (fibre), Smart TV (to connect to your Canal, Youtube, Netflix accounts...), iron and ironing board, washing machine, dishwasher, etc... Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.
Note: The apartment does not have a private parking space. However, private parking (for a fee) is available at the end of the street.
LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: To respect the neighbors, noise must be kept to a minimum between 10 PM and 7 AM. No parties or celebrations will be permitted in the apartment. Failure to comply with these house rules may result in immediate termination of the lease and forfeiture of the security deposit in the event of disturbances or damage. Thank you for your understanding.
By staying in our apartment, you will have access to all the different parts of the accommodation.
We can personally welcome you between 4pm and 8pm (by prior appointment) or you can check in independently. We remain available to answer any questions you may have during your stay.
A personalized digital welcome booklet will be sent to you before your arrival, including essential information about the accommodation (contact details, check-in, WiFi, departure rules, etc.), as well as our best local recommendations: restaurants, activities, markets, secret places to discover, etc.
★★ In order to allow us to prepare your stay with the care you deserve, we kindly ask you to inform your host of your estimated arrival time at least 24 hours in advance.
The accommodation is located on a small street parallel to the beach and the boardwalk of Trouville, less than 50m from the casino, the sea, shops and less than 15 minutes walk from the SNCF train station.
The welcome is fully personalized and we remain available for any special requests throughout your stay.
Arrival and departure times:
- Check-in: between 4pm and 8pm
- Check-out: between 8am and 11am
Need flexibility?
- Late check-in on request until 10pm (supplement of €20).
- Late check-out on request (subject to availability / supplement of €20).
★★ In case of unforeseen circumstances
- Arrival after 10pm is not possible, unless an advance solution is arranged with your host before your check-in.
👍 Please respect the peace and quiet of the area:
- Noise must be limited between 10pm and 7am.
- No festive events will be tolerated.
- Strictly non-smoking accommodation.
- Our animal friends are not allowed.
- In case of non-compliance with the internal regulations, we reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement and retain all or part of the deposit.
Practical information:
- An identity document will be required upon arrival.
- Breakfast is not included.
- Undeclared travelers will be charged €100/night/person, deducted from the deposit.
